Who can Attend?
Anyone over 18 who is unemployed.
What areas are covered by the course?
We will take you through the skills you need to gain employment in the security industry whether working in the private Security Sector, Door Supervision, Security Guarding, CCTV, Close Protection and Conflict Management.
Where can I work on completion?
After completion of the training you will have the tools to be able to work in the private security sector.
Bricklaying
Who can Attend?
Anyone over 18 who is unemployed.
What areas are covered by the training?
- Straight brickwork
- Cavity Walling
- Return corners
- Decorative features
- Brick and block-work to NHBS standards
- All the basic skills needed to gain employment

Joinery
Who can Attend?
Anyone over 18 who is unemployed.
What areas are covered by the training?
- Basic joints
- Door frames
- Doors, hinges, locks
- Cutting skills
- Work based projects (bird boxes, tables, shelves etc)
- Kitchen units and work tops

Painting and Decorating
Who can Attend?
Anyone over 18 who is unemployed.
What areas are covered by the training?
- Basic Painting and Decorating skills and knowledge
- Decorative finishes
- Cutting in
- Rolling even coats on walls
- Painting ceilings, walls, woodwork, doors, staircases and skirting boards
- Learning how to repair holes in walls and cover
- All the basic skills needed to gain employment

Warehousing and Forklift Training
Now available from our Sunderland office in Southwick Industrial Estate, we are offering Warehousing and RTITB Accredited forklift truck training.
